Clean, perfect hotel with accommodating stuff and new-fashioned rooms.

The hotel met my needs, it was a great stay in a long time. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room.

I had a perfect experience here, everything was amazing, the location was perfect so close to the funicular and the waterfront and the quartier and the lake front and Piazza Riforma. The lobby was friendly with best staff. I loved that the room was well-appointed with a comfy bed.

Location and staff here were very good. Fast check-in was a bonus. My stay was excellent and I will be back.

Just superb location and personalized service. Visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel was easy. I also visited piazza cioccaro, nice place.

Basic double room, nice hot breakfast - pastries and cheese included. There were climate control, terrace and hairdryer in the room, loved that. Really centrally located hotel. Good value, a privileged location.

Cute view from the rooms, in the heart of Lugano. My a twin room was silent and immaculate. The pool was brilliant and the garden - nice.

Excellent value for money, an awesome stay. Plastic furniture and open bathroom, terrace, hairdryer and sound-proofed windows in the room. Very quick check-in, fast check-out. Location: the hotel was close to the beach.

Breakfast was sumptuous ; rooms were neat and fairly clean. A perfect place for long weekend in Lugano. Central heating, a safe and a writing table in the room and the comfy bed...

the staff is helpful, and the breakfast is really really good. only 5 min walk to downtown. there is a unique restaurant within a walking distance of hotel. we were in a basic room with a heating system, a private safe and a mini bar fridge.

This place is perfect to stay if you visit lake lugano. The area contains some restaurants like Ristorante Manora within 10 minutes' walk. Free Wi-Fi and great breakfast. Lugano City-Centre neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention❤
